Meet Ines
Hi, I’m Ines, founder of Frankies. Good food has been part of my life since I was young. Both my parents worked in hospitality, so I grew up surrounded by this energy, passion and dedication of great service.
During a trip to Los Angeles, I discovered taco spots that stayed with me: simple places with fresh ingredients, authentic flavours and incredibly good food.
With Frankies, I want to bring that feeling to Ghent: real tacos, honest cooking and food made with passion.

Frankies is named after our French bulldog Frankie: our proud mascot and biggest taco fan.
Just like the restaurant, he is playful, warm and full of character. That personality is exactly what we want people to feel at Frankies.
